“Be instant in season and out of season” (2 Timothy 4:2).

- Work the 12 Steps.
- Pray the Serenity Prayer.
- Read a recovery book.
- Get in my 90-day recovery program.
- Join one of my Freedom Groups.
- See a therapist.
